Instructions for getting started:

Plug the Bluetooth dongle for the wireless keyboard into the USB port on the side of the computer stick.
Plug the power adapter into the stick.
Plug the stick into the HDMI port on the TV.
Plug the power adapter for the stick into an outlet.
Press the power button on the stick and turn the TV on.
Using the remote for the TV make sure the input is set to HDMI. If you have more than one you may need to rotate through to get to the correct one.
When the stick and TV are on, the stick will boot just like any computer. It should bring up the DigitalPour Menu program and ask for your Menu ID.
Make sure your keyboard has batteries and is turned on.
Your Menu ID was emailed to you as part of your Install Instructions. Please reach out if you can’t find it.
One you input the Menu ID and click okay, the menu will open.

If things don’t look right:

Press ESC to close the Menu App.
Right click on the desktop and select Display Settings.
Be sure the Scale and Layout is set to 100%; that the orientation matches your menu (Landscape or Portrait;) and that the Resolution is set to 1920×1080 for standard, or 3840×2160 for 4k.
Reopen the Menu App.
